Eric Goldwarg’s litigation practice focuses on family law (including Collaborative Divorce), criminal defense (including violations in Yellowstone National Park), general civil disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and personal injury law. Mr. Goldwarg also serves as a neutral mediator in family law matters. Prior to entering private practice in 2012, Mr. Goldwarg spent three years as a trial and appellate law clerk in Alaska and Vermont.

Mr. Goldwarg is one of a small but growing number of trained Collaborative Divorce attorneys in Montana. He is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and is committed to helping his clients navigate the stressful and emotionally challenging divorce process.

Mr. Goldwarg grew up in Montreal, Canada. He graduated from Middlebury College (B.A. 2000), where he was a four-year member of the Nordic Ski Team and served as co-captain his senior year, and from Vermont Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 2009). While in law school, Mr. Goldwarg served on the Vermont Law Review and published Known Unknowns: Ancient Roads in Northern New England, 33 Vt. L. Rev. 355 (2008). He is admitted to practice in Montana and Wyoming (inactive in Vermont).

When not in the office, Mr. Goldwarg can be found skiing, running, hiking, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three children.
